2. Migration of customized Sharepoint 2007 to sharepoint 2010
3. Solution structuring , packaging & deployment in SP 2010
4. Architecture of Service Application in SP 2010
5 Migrate custom webparts, Features, solutions from 2007 to SP 2010

Good to Have:
1. Business Data connectivity(Integration with SAP)
2. Branding & Customization of Sharepoint 2010
3. Feature Stapling
4. Timer Jobs & Web Services in Sharepont
